Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the confirmed delivery date, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Products showing signs of use, customer-caused damage, or missing components are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged (see below).
Received the wrong product or a damaged item? CROSSLAND™ will cover all return shipping costs in full — and no fees will be deducted from your refund.

If approved, a full refund of the item price is issued to your original payment method.
- Bank transfer: Funds typically reflect within a few working days, depending on your bank's processing times.
- Credit card: Refunds may take up to 15 business days to appear in your account.
Please note: Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from your refund, except in cases where the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.

- Most CROSSLAND™ products carry a manufacturing defect warranty ranging from 3 months to 1 year, depending on the product.
- Warranty coverage entitles you to a free replacement of any item confirmed to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period.
- Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or modifications made after purchase.
- To initiate a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and a photo or description of the defect.

This policy is governed by and fully compliant with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its executive regulations. As a consumer, you are entitled to all rights afforded under this law, including the right to return defective goods, receive accurate product information, and obtain a full refund within the specified period.

- يُقبل الإرجاع خلال ١٤ يوماً من تاريخ استلام المنتج، وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018.
- يجب إعادة المنتج بحالته الأصلية دون استخدام، مع الاحتفاظ بالتغليف الأصلي والملصقات والإكسسوارات كاملةً.
- المنتجات التي تُظهر علامات الاستخدام أو التلف الناتج عن العميل أو المفقودة بعض مكوناتها غير مؤهلة للإرجاع.
- تكاليف شحن الإرجاع على عاتق العميل، إلا في حال استلام منتج خاطئ أو تالف (انظر أدناه).
استلمت منتجاً خاطئاً أو تالفاً؟ تتحمل CROSSLAND™ جميع تكاليف الشحن كاملةً — ولن يُخصم أي مبلغ من قيمة استردادك.

يقوم فريقنا بفحص المنتج للتحقق من استيفائه شروط الإرجاع.

إصدار الاسترداد
عند الموافقة، يُرد المبلغ كاملاً إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية التي استُخدمت عند الشراء.
- التحويل البنكي: تنعكس الأموال عادةً خلال أيام عمل معدودة، حسب سياسة بنكك.
- بطاقة الائتمان: قد يستغرق الاسترداد ما يصل إلى ١٥ يوم عمل حتى يظهر في حسابك.
يُرجى الانتباه: سيُخصم رسم الشحن الأصلي المدفوع وقت الشراء من إجمالي المبلغ المسترد، باستثناء حالات استلام منتج خاطئ أو تالف.

- تتمتع معظم منتجات CROSSLAND™ بضمان عيوب التصنيع لمدة تتراوح بين ٣ أشهر وسنة كاملة، وفقاً للمنتج.
- يُخوّلك الضمان الحصول على استبدال مجاني لأي منتج يثبت وجود عيب في تصنيعه خلال فترة الضمان.
- لا يشمل الضمان الأضرار الناجمة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الحوادث أو التآكل الطبيعي أو التعديلات اللاحقة للشراء.
- لتقديم طلب ضمان، تواصل معنا مرفقاً إثبات الشراء وصورة أو وصفاً واضحاً للعيب.
