Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with the original packaging included.
The item must not have been used.
Customers are responsible for the return courier delivery fee unless the item is wrong or damaged (see below).
Refunds
Once the returned item is received, our team will carry out an inspection process (this usually takes up to 2 working days).
If approved, we will issue a full refund of the item’s price.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method:
Bank transfers usually reflect within a few working days, depending on your bank.
Credit card payments may take up to 15 days to appear in your account.
Please note: In case of a refund, shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we will cover all shipping costs, and no fees will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty
In Case of Item At Warranty Period ! Most CROSSLAND™ products are covered by a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty, which offers a free replacement of the defective item.
