At CROSSLAND™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your order under the following terms:

Returns

    • We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

    • Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with the original packaging included.

    • The item must not have been used.

    • Customers are responsible for the return courier delivery fee unless the item is wrong or damaged (see below).

 

Refunds

    • Once the returned item is received, our team will carry out an inspection process (this usually takes up to 2 working days).
    • If approved, we will issue a full refund of the item’s price.

    • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method:

    • Bank transfers usually reflect within a few working days, depending on your bank.

    • Credit card payments may take up to 15 days to appear in your account.

    • Please note: In case of a refund, shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

    • If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we will cover all shipping costs, and no fees will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty

In Case of Item At Warranty Period !
Most CROSSLAND™ products are covered by a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty, which offers a free replacement of the defective item.
