Warranty Coverage
Every CROSSLAND product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty of 3 to 12 months, depending on the product type, starting from your original purchase date. This warranty protects you against defects in materials or workmanship — subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Repair or Exchange
To qualify for a repair or exchange, your product must meet all of the following:
- Proof of purchase — a valid invoice number or gift receipt. Your invoice number is emailed to the address used at checkout.
- Complete condition — the product must be intact with all original accessories and hardware. Missing items may be replaced at an additional cost.
- Verified purchase channel — bought through the official CROSSLAND Online Store or an authorized marketplace partner.
What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not extend to:
- Lost hardware or accessories
- Scratches, abrasions, or general cosmetic wear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Claims submitted after the applicable warranty period has ended
