Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the confirmed delivery date, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Products showing signs of use, customer-caused damage, or missing components are not eligible for return.
  • For customers who purchased directly from the CROSSLAND™ website, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for standard returns. However, if the wrong item or a defective item was sent, CROSSLAND™ will cover the return shipping cost in full.
Important: Customers who purchased directly from the CROSSLAND™ website will not be charged return shipping costs when the wrong item or a defective item is received.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note: For purchases made directly through the CROSSLAND™ website, original shipping fees and return shipping costs will not be deducted from the refund when the wrong item or a defective item was sent.

Warranty

  • Most CROSSLAND™ products carry a manufacturing defect warranty ranging from 3 months to 1 year, depending on the product.
  • Warranty coverage entitles you to a free replacement of any item confirmed to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period.
  • Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or modifications made after purchase.
  • To initiate a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and a photo or description of the defect.
  • For warranty claims, customers who purchased directly from the CROSSLAND™ website will not be charged shipping costs for an approved manufacturing defect. Customers who purchased through a selling partner or marketplace are responsible for the applicable shipping costs related to the warranty claim.
Warranty Shipping Costs: Customers who purchase directly from the CROSSLAND™ website receive free shipping for approved warranty claims related to manufacturing defects. Customers who purchase through a selling partner or marketplace are responsible for the applicable shipping costs related to their warranty claim.

الإرجاع

  • يُقبل الإرجاع خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ تأكيد التسليم، وفقًا لقانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018.
  • يجب إرجاع المنتجات بحالتها الأصلية وغير المستخدمة، مع الحفاظ على جميع العبوات الأصلية والبطاقات والملحقات.
  • المنتجات التي تظهر عليها علامات الاستخدام أو التلف الناتج عن العميل أو التي تحتوي على مكونات مفقودة غير مؤهلة للإرجاع.
  • بالنسبة للعملاء الذين قاموا بالشراء مباشرةً من موقع كروسلاند الإلكتروني، يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع في حالات الإرجاع العادية. أما في حال استلام منتج خاطئ أو منتج به عيب، تتحمل كروسلاند تكلفة شحن الإرجاع بالكامل.
مهم: العملاء الذين قاموا بالشراء مباشرةً من موقع كروسلاند الإلكتروني لن يتحملوا تكاليف شحن الإرجاع عند استلام منتج خاطئ أو منتج به عيب.

نؤكد استلام المنتج المرتجع ونبدأ عملية المراجعة.

الفحص — خلال يومي عمل

يقوم فريقنا بفحص المنتج للتأكد من استيفائه لشروط الإرجاع.

إصدار المبلغ المسترد

في حال الموافقة، يتم رد قيمة المنتج إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.

  • تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه.
  • التحويل البنكي: تظهر الأموال عادةً خلال عدة أيام عمل، حسب مدة معالجة البنك.
يُرجى الانتباه: بالنسبة للمشتريات التي تمت مباشرةً من موقع كروسلاند الإلكتروني، لن يتم خصم رسوم الشحن الأصلية أو تكاليف شحن الإرجاع من المبلغ المسترد في حال استلام منتج خاطئ أو منتج به عيب.

  • معظم منتجات كروسلاند تشمل ضمانًا ضد عيوب التصنيع لمدة تتراوح من 3 أشهر إلى سنة واحدة، حسب المنتج.
  • يتيح الضمان استبدال المنتج مجانًا إذا ثبت وجود عيب في التصنيع خلال فترة الضمان.
  • لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الحوادث أو الاستهلاك الطبيعي أو التعديلات التي يتم إجراؤها بعد الشراء.
  • لبدء طلب الضمان، يرجى التواصل معنا مع إثبات الشراء وصورة أو وصف للعيب.
  • بالنسبة لطلبات الضمان، العملاء الذين قاموا بالشراء مباشرةً من موقع كروسلاند الإلكتروني لن يتحملوا تكاليف الشحن في حال ثبوت وجود عيب في التصنيع. أما العملاء الذين قاموا بالشراء من خلال أحد شركاء البيع أو منصات البيع، فيتحملون تكاليف الشحن المطبقة المتعلقة بطلب الضمان.
تكاليف شحن الضمان: العملاء الذين قاموا بالشراء مباشرةً من موقع كروسلاند الإلكتروني يحصلون على شحن مجاني لطلبات الضمان المعتمدة المتعلقة بعيوب التصنيع. أما العملاء الذين قاموا بالشراء من خلال أحد شركاء البيع أو منصات البيع، فيتحملون تكاليف الشحن المطبقة المتعلقة بطلب الضمان.
